ARE KIDS INVITED?
ABSOLUTELY! Your RSVP will indicate the number of people in the household invited, including children.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Our dress code is dress casual. Think Sunday Morning brunch...but on a Saturday.
For Example, spring dresses for the ladies and nice jeans and a button-up for the gentlemen.
CAN I BRING A +1?
We would like to keep this day between close family and friends. If your invitation includes your significant other, child, etc. in the count, you are welcome to bring them. Otherwise please only arrive with those indicated on your invitation and in the RSVP section.
WHERE IS THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
The ceremony and reception will take place at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Event Center.

The ceremony will begin punctually at 10:30 am. Please arrive early to find parking and a seat by 10:25. If you arrive late, please wait outside to avoid interruptions during the ceremony.
CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We want all our family and friends to be present and share our big day. We will have an AMAZING photographer there to capture our special moments. We kindly request that all phones and cameras be off and put away during the ceremony so that everyone can be present and that we do not have your phone in a photo ;).
IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?
Yes! We have plenty of parking on site. Please do not park in any spots marked "Reserved" or directly in front of the Event Center.
WILL ALCOHOL BE SERVED?
We will have a small, limited bar and alcohol will be served to those 21 +. No 21 or just don't feel like drinking? No worries, we will also have coffee, juice, and water available.
Please be aware, there will be no alcohol permitted outside of the reception area.
CAN WE WALK AROUND THE PARK?
Please be mindful that we are guests at the CFD park and refrain from wandering around. All guests must stay on the first floor of the event center. No guests are allowed on the rooftop, the arena, or in the grandstands for any reason.
HOW DOES SEATING WORK?
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for immediate family in the first two rows in the front.
For the reception, there will be open seating except for select tables that will be reserved for immediate family
