We are thrilled to have you join us in Salida for our wedding celebration! As the festivities coincide with the 4th of July weekend, we kindly urge you to book your accommodations as soon as possible. Hotels in Salida are expected to sell out quickly due to the holiday events.
To ensure ease of transportation to and from the venue, we will be providing two 15-passenger vehicles that will make round trips between the venue and the following three hotels: The Lodge at Poncha Springs, Silver Ridge Lodge, and the American Classic Motor Inn. This service will be available both before the ceremony and after the reception.
For those staying at alternate hotels or RV/campsites (some options linked below), please note that transportation arrangements will be your responsibility.
We look forward to celebrating with you and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making travel plans early.
For those that would like to continue the celebration through the weekend with us, we are looking into planning some events for Saturday, July 5th, such as White Water Rafting or Mount Princeton Hot Springs.
The Lodge at Poncha Springs
** UPDATE: This hotel is nearly fully booked with only 1 queen room available on Friday, July 4th, and 1 queen room available Saturday, July 5th. **
This hotel offers pet friendly rooms.
They currently have blocked all rooms (13 in total) from 7/3/25 through 7/6/25 for our wedding party, so you must call to book and let them know you are with "Brewer Wedding 7/4/25" in order to reserve a room.
One month prior to the wedding they will unblock all rooms that are not yet reserved and the rooms will be made available to the public to book and they will also be available to book online.
Silver Ridge Lodge
This hotel offers pet friendly rooms.
American Classic Motor Inn
This hotel offers both pet friendly and allergen free rooms. Please call the hotel directly (719-539-6655) to book a pet friendly room if needed. Rooms booked via the website will not be pet friendly.
Please reserve your room individually as soon as possible through their website (linked below). They have 21 rooms in total, and 5 rooms with 2+ beds.
In the 'special requests' section of the reservation, please mention that you are traveling with our wedding block (Brewer Wedding 7/4/25). You will receive a confirmation email and can respond to that as well if preferred. It is important that you only book using their direct site, as third party reservations will not be eligible for discounts.
48 hour prior to arrival, their managers will look at how many confirmed rooms are with our party and modify rates to include a discount. They can offer the below discounts on each room per night:
10 or more rooms = 10% OFF nightly
15 or more rooms = 15% OFF nightly
Their rates do go up as we get closer to the desired dates, so the sooner you book, the better rates/availability you will be receiving.
