Please do not RSVP unless you know you will be there. We will give a final guest count to all vendors 30 days before. We will NOT accept any last minute RSVP's after this time. Obviously if an emergency arises please let us know as soon as you can. Thank you !!

Yes, please wear champagne ,brown, burgundy , neutral, tan, colors , or black/ formal attire. We want everyone to somewhat coordinate for family photos . This is not mandatory but please just avoid really bright colors.

We plan to provide a shuttle service for guests if you book at the Hilton Garden or Comfort Suites, but this will depend on how many guests do plan to stay in our hotel room blocks. Please utilize the room blocks with our information under the hotel room blocks information tab . If you book the hotel on your own not utilizing our room blocks we will not know how many people are using hotels which could determine if a shuttle is provided or not. I will have an answer closer to the day.

No outside alcohol is not permitted at our venue and could cause for us to be removed from the property as they must follow liquor regulations. Our license and insured bartenders will provide alcohol . Also no shots are permitted on the property and the bartenders will decline this request . Again this is our venues rules that we must follow.

Last call for drinks is at 10:00 PM and everyone must be off the property by 10:59 PM

Unfortunately no, all people and vehicles must be removed from the property by 10:59 PM . If your vehicle is left overnight , we will be fined and the vehicle will be towed . The venue has a wedding booked the day after ours and this is a strict rule.

No, If any vaping or smoking is done on the property it can result in us not getting our security deposit back , and removal from the property , so please respect this . Thank you in advance !
