ROOM BILLING ARRANGEMENTS

Individual guests pay room, service charge, tax, and incidentals. Room rates are per night, per room and subject to service charge and all applicable Federal, State and Local taxes. All taxes are subject to change without notice.

RESORT FEE

Resort fee of $24.95 is charged per night to allow for guests to enjoy the amenities of the resort. Please see bcmr.com for all available amenities.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the rooms or on the grounds of Bear Creek. Should a pet be discovered in the room, you will be billed a $200.00 cleaning and deodorizing fee. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Hotel Manager.

NO SMOKING POLICY

Guests ignoring our no smoking policy in the rooms will be assessed a $250.00 cleaning and deodorizing fee.

CHECK-IN TIME

Check-in time is any time after 4:00 pm. You are invited to enjoy the resort facilities before you check in on the scheduled day of your arrival.

CHECK-OUT TIME

Our check-out time is 11:00 am. A late charge of $100.00 will be charged to rooms that are not vacant after 11:00 am and full rate after 3:00 pm. Fees will be waived with any pre-approved late checkout.
