We first starting talking when we added each other on Snapchat at the Edgewood rodeo, June 2017. At first, it was just as friends, but who could resist Jake’s charm😉

After a few months of texting, we finally met up. We hung out at Jake’s house and talked all night. But of course before the night ended, we had to watch Smokey and the Bandit.

Jake asked Ashley out on her birthday, which also happened to be her senior homecoming. He bought her flowers and asked right before they left for the dance.

We had been dating for a few months and enjoyed Ashley’s senior prom with her friends.

We went to Florida and had the best time, little did we know, the next time we would go to that state, we would get engaged!

We enjoyed going to multiple family and friends weddings throughout the years together.

We got our pictures professionally taken for the first time on Ashley’s 21st birthday. Celebrating 3 years of dating.

We had so much fun over the years with traveling together. It ranged from just little day trips to week long vacations.

Our second trip to Florida, Jake asked Ashley to marry him! Of course she said yes as she had been waiting 5 years for this moment.
