Reservations must be made by 1/28/20 in order to receive the group rate. Here are the three ways to book your reservations:

1) Online Reservations (24-Hours A Day):

• Enter your dates and information of your stay
• Below your dates and room information select special rates, click on “Corporate or Group Code”, enter the group code into the box
• Click on the “Check Availability” key – this will populate rate and the available rooms to be booked
• Choose your room type and click “Book Now”
• Enter your information as requested in order to guarantee your room request

2) By Phone via the Front Desk Agent (24-Hours A Day):

* Please note that due to high volume during the Summer seasons, front desk agents may not be able to make reservations between 6am and 9pm – However, online reservations will be available and open.*

Call 336-373-6269 and tell the front desk agent that you’d like to book a room with them! Provide them your rate code to ensure your discount is applied! Don’t forget to have your ID and Credit Card handy!

3) By Phone with us, your Sales Team! (Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm):

* Please note that high call volume may cause a delay in booking and all voice messages will be returned in the order that they are received. I recommend using the other channels to book your reservations.*

Call 336-373-6269, simply request extension 5104 and/or 5103 and provide your Group Name and Code once transferred. Don’t forget to have your ID and Credit Card handy!
