If the weather allows, the ceremony will be outside at the venue. There is a plan for the ceremony to be indoors if the weather does not work out. We intend to keep the ceremony on the shorter side either way. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors.

Please plan to arrive by 3:30 p.m. so that the ceremony can start on time.

We appreciate your understanding that we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and within the requirements of our venue. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Yes! This detail was very important when searching for a venue so we made sure that ours is completely accessible.

As much as we would love to have all the special kiddos in our life at the wedding, we are limiting the children we will have in attendance. Those who will be included have already been notified. We do understand if this restricts your ability to attend, and it does not mean that we don't love your little one!

We ask that you not interfere with the photographer we hired during the ceremony. Ron and his associate know what we want for photos and will make sure we get them! At the reception, take all the pictures!

We get it- you're all dolled up and feeling cute! Grab a selfie and make it your new profile pic! but- we want to be the first to post any pictures of any details of our wedding. Please do not post pictures of/from our wedding before we do, and please ask permission before you post anything. There are things we do not want on social media at all.

Dinner will be buffet style, with fun options at 4 different action stations. We are confident that there are options that will appeal to everybody, including vegan and gluten-free options.

There will be an open bar for those 21+, plenty of non alcoholic options for those underage or prefer not to drink. Please drink and behave responsibly.

Ultimately, what matters most to us is sharing this day with our favorite people. If you're able to, dress it up a little bit. If it's possible for you, please try to avoid wearing all black....and of course, don't wear white 😉
