Jack and Ashley's story begins at Coastal Carolina University in 2015! Jack was a freshman from Fairfield, Connecticut, and Ashley was a sophomore from Fort Mill, SC. Ashley had spotted Jack at a fraternity intramural basketball game where he was playing his one and only game of his intramural career on the "A-Team" (he claims "B-Team" was more fun). Ashley was in the stands with her roommate Katie cheering on their friends. She spotted Jack and thought he looked like someone else but thought he was cute. After the game, she started her investigation on who this man was. Her investigation had some snags due to Jack’s social media names being “Jack Legweak”.

A few weeks later they ran into each other at Relay for Life where they were finally able to meet. After a couple of days had passed they both attended Jack’s fraternity’s Rose Ball formal where they both attended with different dates. That weekend was truly where their love story began. They enjoyed the weekend with friends, dancing, and early morning breakfast.

Jack and Ashley were long-distance for a year while Jack finished out his senior year. After Jack’s graduation, they moved into an apartment in Charlotte, NC where they lived for two years until they bought a house in Fort Mill, SC.

Coastal Carolina will always have a special place in Jack and Ashley’s hearts! They are so excited to share their special day with their family and friends!
