There are over 140 AirBnB's and VRBO's in the city of Pepin and surrounding cities, if you can't find a place to stay at a motel/hotel. Please check the Travel page for suggestions.

No, as much as we love your kids, we want to give parents a night out. Please plan accordingly.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Formal invitations will be received in June/July.

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our day! Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail, is what we are aiming for! It is fall so please dress accordingly! Also, it's a 100-yard grassy walk from the ceremony to the pavilion, so keep that in mind when picking out your dancing shoes!

15 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

The ceremony will be held outside on the beautiful grounds of the venue. The reception will also be held outdoors under a heated pavilion. Please plan accordingly for an outdoor event.

Deadline for RSVP is September 8, 2024. Invitations will have a QR code on them, which will allow you to scan it and RSVP right from your smart phone.

The Broz Bus Shuttle Company will be provided. The shuttle service goes to Wabasha (15 miles away) and any place in Pepin for dropping off at the end of the night. Shuttle pickup times from AmericInn Hotel in Wabasha will be at 2:10pm and 3:10pm. Shuttle pickup times from Pepin Motel 2:35pm and 3:30pm so that guests can arrive at the Venue in time for the 4pm ceremony.

The shuttle service will pick you up from the Pepin Motel or the AmericInn Hotel in Wabasha only. Broz shuttle would like us to find out where people are staying so that they can pick you up from each location if you choose! Let Jeremy and/or Ashley know if you plan on staying overnight and where you’re staying so that we can let Broz know! The shuttle company will take anyone to their hotel/motel, Airbnb or vrbo at the end of the night.

We are having an unplugged wedding. We request guests to silent their cell phones and turn off cameras prior to the start of the ceremony to reduce distractions.

Hard Liquor is not permitted at our venue.

Yes, you can but the vehicle has to be picked up no later than 9am on Saturday 10/19/2024. The Venue has a wedding on Saturday and we need to be off the premises by 9am.
