Our Wedding

So our story... well it's interesting to say the least! Dominque aka Debo and I dated way back in 2006 before we had kids. My mom Robin Wenzel had alot to do with it. At the time Debo worked at Rent A Center and mom rented&nbsp;&nbsp;furniture from the store so we had to pay our bill, of course. I would go to pay it and just mind my own business never really "checked him out"!&nbsp;Mom on the other hand gave him my phone number and said I was single !&nbsp;Wow MOM! So he called and we eventually started dating Oct 2006.&nbsp;We enjoyed the 8mths we were together but things&nbsp;happened and we broke up and moved on.Dominque got married and had a beautiful daughter Saniyah. I moved on and had 2 beautiful daughters Elizabeth and Emma!&nbsp;Now fast forward to Jan 27,&nbsp;2019 , Tori, mom, Tricia, Elena and I are all driving home after celebrating Tori's 25th bday in Houston .&nbsp;We are all talking in my truck and Tricia just made the comment about how she never would of thought I would of dated a man by the name of Debo. LOL! We made a pit stop and I get a FB message from Debo saying "Hey there how are you?" WOW what a coincidence!&nbsp;We messaged back and forth then found out he was going through a divorce.&nbsp;He asked me out to dinner whenever I had time but we instead went to movies in Woodlands a few weeks later!&nbsp;We continued to talk and spend time together&nbsp;!After many trials and tribulations as of Sept 2019 I was "officially" Debo's girlfriend! He surprised me with a beautiful pink rose and a card asking me to be his girlfriend! Now we could enjoy our life together with our girls&nbsp;and&nbsp;family!Now fast forward to Thanksgiving Day Nov. 26 2020 it was a bittersweet day for me due to first Thanksgiving without Uncle Billy but I was so happy to be around all my Wenzel family! We were at my cousin Susan and Dennis Pugh's new home in North Zulch and I knew Debo was acting different! I knew something for sure was up when I saw Debo, Laura, and Susan talking in the laundry room and I heard Susan squeel! I tried to ignore and just go on with the day but I did ask Tori and Laura if he was proposing they just beat around the bush lol! Susan said grace, we said Amen then I turned around to wipe my teary eyes because thinking of Uncle Billy when Susan said "Debo don't you have something to say?" So I turned back around and he was down on his knee (in the rocks) proposing to me! I was in total shock and so happy! I SAID YES of course!&nbsp;Now here we are getting married and enjoying our day with our family and close friends!
