We ask that guests RSVP no later than June 26th, 2025!

We are looking to have a smaller, more intimate wedding, so we ask that only those named on the invitation attend!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

We have a block of rooms reserved for the wedding. More information can be found in the Travel tab!

The reception will be held at the same venue as the ceremony (Evermore), inside the barn!

After the ceremony guests are welcomed to enjoy appetizers and drinks under the tent for Cocktail hour!

We ask that our guests arrive at 3:30 PM for a 4 PM start time!

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will also be outdoors. Reception will be indoors.

There is free parking at Evermore!

There will be an Open bar for Cocktail Hour and Dinner Service, for a maximum of 3 hours. After the 3 hours it is a cash bar, only debit and credit are accepted!

The ceremony starts at 4 pm. After the ceremony there will be a Cocktail hour, followed by dinner around 6 pm. There will be a late night snack and last call will be at 11:45 pm. All guests must be off the property by 12 am!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. Should you wish to honour us with a gift, a contribution towards our future together would be sincerely appreciated. Our registry is also accessible on our website!

Yes! There will be a shuttle service as there are minimal taxis and no Uber in Almonte. There will be a shuttle from The Holiday Inn and Suites Kanata to and from Evermore! The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:00 pm to arrive at Evermore for 3:30 pm.
