The wedding is in the Santa Cruz mountains in Ben Lomond at the end of a windy forested road. As such, we recommend folks stay at the on-site cabins if they can to avoid having to travel after all the celebrating. For those that choose not to stay in the cabins, there is a Quality Inn and Suites in Ben Lomond near the venue.

Take Hwy 9 to Ben Lomond and then turn onto Alba Road. Be careful to turn onto Alba Rd. and NOT to turn onto Hubbard Gulch (the entrance to both roads are right next to each other. Hubbard Gulch will not get you to the retreat.) Then proceed 1.3 miles up Alba Road. You will see a sign for Waterfall Lodge and Sequoia Retreat Center. Take that next left. You will then see two signs, “Sequoia Retreat Center” and “Waterfall Lodge”. Follow those signs to the left. Drive straight past the first structures and follow the winding road for about one mile to Waterfall Lodge. Please note that the Sequoia Retreat Center is a neighboring property that shares the same road. Please continue past all structures following the signs for Waterfall Lodge. Drive slowly please as it is a single lane road (with pull outs along the way) and other vehicles may be driving in the opposite direction. Along the way, you will see a few directional signs that will lead you along the way to Waterfall Lodge. You will see a wooden building with a sign that says 'GUEST HUB' - continue past that. You will pass the ceremony location first - a roundabout with a tree in the center. NO PARKING at the top of the driveway. To access the main lodge/reception area, continue past the roundabout to the left down the hill and stay straight on the paved road. You will see the Lodge further down on the left (can't miss it). You can pull right up to the lodge to unload, then please repark in the parking BELOW the lodge area before guest arrival. To EXIT - please got back the way you came in!

On-site Cabins

All cabins are priced the same at $295/night regardless of location or number of beds. Accessibility and number/types of beds varies between the cabins. Please make sure to review these details before reserving a cabin to be sure they match your needs. We ask that people DO NOT reserve Stones & Flowers Cabins 10 and 11 (bridal cottages) and Stones and Flowers 15 (Honeymoon Suite) as these will be used by the bridal party to get ready and by the bride and groom, respectively. Because we have some friends and family attending with mobility limitations, we also ask that people DO NOT reserve the two Lodge rooms or Stones and Flowers 12-14 as we are reserving these for family and friends that need them. Parking and Transportation

If you are staying at the venue in one of the cabins, you may park on site for the duration of your stay.

If you are staying off site, you will need to use the shuttle scheduled for the wedding that will take you to the venue.

Please plan to arrive at the church parking area at 3:30pm and hop on the shuttle van that we have hired for the quick 7 minute ride up to the venue. It will take just a couple trips to get everyone in, so if you don't see a shuttle right when you arrive, just hang tight, one will be back soon!
