WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD GUESTS FLY TO?

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is located approximately 35 miles away from Hard Rock Los Cabos Resort and Spa

WILL ROUND TRIP AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION BE AVAILABLE?

Hard Rock Los Cabos has officially updated us with the transportation information. Please visit the Transportation Section on our website for full details. You may Schedule your transportation at least 48 hours before arrival but we recommend scheduling it as soon as you book your flights.

WHEN TO BOOK FLIGHTS?

Book flights 4-8 months in advance. As the date gets closer, prices will increase. Recommended to book ahead of time for best inventory. Feel free to book flights in a package when booking your room or secure your own flights using your preferred carrier which will allow you to use miles or points you may have.

WHEN SHOULD I RESERVE MY ROOM?

As soon as possible for best room selection using the reservation link found on the Resort and Room Reservation Tab. Bookings made after September 1st, 2024 will be subject to availability.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes, all guests traveling to Cabo, MX will require a passport. If you do not have one at this time, it is recommended to obtain one as soon as possible as there has been a delay in passport processing times. HOW CAN GUESTS BOOK THEIR ROOMS FOR THEIR STAY AT HARD ROCK LOS CABOS RESORT AND SPA?

Please use the Room Reservation Links found on this site. The link will direct you to the resort website that has been set up for special room rates for you our guests. Rooms booked outside of this link will be subject to additional fees to attend the wedding events set up for our group. Please use the booking link to complete your reservation so that we can keep our guest amenities together.

DO THE GUESTS HAVE TO PAY THEIR BOOKING ALL UPFRONT?

You can choose to pay your reservation in full using a Mastercard or Visa at booking or you can choose to make a minimum $200 deposit. Final payment balance will be drafted using credit card provided 60 days prior to arrival. (Please ensure your card expiration date is valid beyond this period). WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Cancellation of booking may be made up to 95 days of arrival without any penalty. 94-65 days prior to arrival deposit is non refundable. 64-35 days before arrival 50% of total room revenue is non refundable. 34 days prior to arrival reservation is non-refundable

IS TRAVEL PROTECTION AVAILABLE TO PROTECT MY INVESTMENT?

Yes, when booking your room through the link provided for our group, you can select travel protection from ITravel Insured to protect your $$ and provide other benefits since such as medical coverage at destination.

WHEN SHOULD GUESTS START TO ARRIVE IN CABO AND WHEN SHOULD THEY DEPART BACK HOME?

We are hoping our guests can meet us in Cabo between February 20th- 21st,2025 As far as departure and returning home, we ask that our guests stay a minimum of 3 nights.

DO ALL GUESTS HAVE TO STAY AT HARD ROCK LOS CABOS RESORT & SPA IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE WEDDING ON 02/22/20254?

Yes, we recommend that all of our guests stay at the resort we have selected for our celebration! If you are unable to stay at the resort for some reason, please note that you will need to purchase a wedding event pass will only be valid during ceremony and reception times. Event pass holders will be required to leave resort as soon as reception is scheduled to end. Availability for wedding passes is not guaranteed and is based upon resort occupancy on the day of the wedding. Pricing for day passes vary, and there is no guarantee that the resort will have capacity to allow offsite guests. We as a couple will also will be required to pay an additional fee for you to be included in our wedding events. Please reach out to Tanisha if further information is needed.

WILL THE RESORT AND TRANSPORTATION OFFERINGS SPEAK ENGLISH?

Yes, all staff and accommodations will have English speaking drivers and hospitality.

WILL WE NEED MEXICO CURRENCY?

This is totally up to the guest. The wedding is hosted in an All-Inclusive Resort. This means all your Meals & Drinks (Alcoholic as well) are included in your Room Rate. Guests normally bring currency for tipping, which is not mandatory, and can be done in both Mexican Peso or USD. An optional tipping example will be provided a few weeks prior to travel. If you decide to do excursions the best way to pay for the extras is with a credit card. The hotel accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Cash. Checks are not accepted.

CAN I BOOK ON MY OWN DIRECT OR THRU THIRD PARTY?

No, we ask that all guests book through our room block using the booking link provided. We have worked with the resort to hold enough rooms to accommodate all our guests. By booking within our Room Block you will help us meet the percentage required to adhere to our wedding contract and this will also allow you to participate in all our wedding events planned and provided for your stay. In addition, you will have the convenience of utilizing our Special Group Coordinator and Hospitality Desk for all service requests.
