Great family friends of Adam’s will be providing shuttle service for our guests. A school bus will pick up at both DeForest hotels, bring guests to the ceremony, and then shuttle everyone to the reception. During the ceremony the bus will return to the hotels to pick up additional guests and bring them to the reception. We encourage you to use the shuttle for a safe, easy ride.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. We recommend arriving around 3:30 pm to allow time for parking and getting settled. If you are staying at one of the hotels, check-in begins at 3:00 pm. You may want to plan accordingly or consider arriving the night before.

We are keeping things country, comfortable, and a little dressed up. The ceremony will be outside for a short time, the we'll head to then village hall for the reception. Think nice jeans, boots, and a button-down or cute top. Dresses or dressy jeans are perfect too. Just aim to be comfortable and a little photo-ready.

On the invitation I send out should be the names on who are invited.. for example- Traci Kirk and family or/ Bailey + Carter.. thank you for your understanding! The reception hall has a certain capacity we are trying to stay within.

Ceremony is outside at his dad’s house. The reception is inside at Wyocena Community Center. With weather permitting it may all take place at the community center.

Dinner will be catered by Rodeside Grill - Come hungry! We'll have a delicious meal with options to satisfy everyone. This will be buffet style:)
