The Ceremony will be held indoor. The Reception will be held outdoor.
Where is the Ceremony?
The Ceremony is in Olathe, CO at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - 59350 Carnation Rd, Olathe, CO 81425. This church has been in the process of being built since the early 2000’s and is being built solely from donations and by the priest’s and brother’s hands. Please be respectful of the chapel and grounds.
At this time, there is no electric or plumbing to the new church building. The restrooms are located in the separate warehouse building.
What time is the Ceremony?
The Ceremony will begin at 12:30 PM and go until around 1:45 PM. It will be a full High Mass (which includes singing, standing, kneeling, and sitting) and should take around one hour.
Ceremony - what is the dress code?
The dress code is modest church attire.
Women please wear: skirts/dresses that cover knees, sleeves that cover shoulders, neck lines that cover chest and back, and veils that cover the crown of your head. Veils will be provided at the entry table of the church.
Men please wear: slacks, button up shirts, and polo-style shirts. Please - no jeans, no hats.
Please respect these modest attire requests. We thank you in advance.
Can I take photos during the Ceremony?
We ask that you do not take photos during the Ceremony. The photographer and videographer will be capturing these endearing moments. It will be a full Traditional Catholic Mass so please silence your phones and refrain from use during the Mass.
What should I expect after the Ceremony?
We will try to greet you after the Ceremony, however, we do have this time allotted for photos. If we do not see you right after the Ceremony, we will see you later at the Reception!
Please feel free to go home, relax, and enjoy the time leading up to the Reception.

Where is the Reception?
The reception will be held at The Brown Residence - 3420 Kerns Drive, Clifton, CO 81520. We welcome all to come celebrate with us!
What time is the Reception?
The Reception will start at 6:00 PM. The bridal party will be announced at 6:30 PM. Please arrive before 6:15 PM.
Why the gap between the Ceremony and Reception?
We created the gap of time between the Ceremony and Reception to allow for travel times. Olathe, CO is approximately 55 minutes from Clifton, CO.
We also allotted time between the Ceremony and Reception for photos to be taken. This way, it doesn’t cut into the celebration and we can enjoy each other’s company for the rest of the night.
If I can’t make both, can I go to one or the other?
Yes. We would love to have you at both the Ceremony and the Reception but we understand that travel and time may be a consideration for you. When you RSVP, please choose which events you can attend, if both the Ceremony and the Reception, please select both. This will help us have a better idea of who will attend.
Parking at the Reception
Please park along the west side white fence. There will be signs and a path to follow.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by May 15, 2025.
Can I bring an additional guest and/or KIDS?
Yes, of course, we want to celebrate with your whole family!
We do ask that if have an additional guest and/or kids please include their first and last name in your RSVP.
I can’t attend the wedding in-person. Will there be a virtual option?
Yes, we will try to set up live streaming using Google Meets. Please let us know that you will not be attending in-person and that you would like us to send you the Google Meets link. We can’t promise everything will go smoothly but we will certainly try. Thank you for your understanding.
What type of food and drink will be served at the cocktail hour?
Individual charcuterie boards will be available on each table during the cocktail hour between 6:00-6:30 PM. An assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available during this time and throughout the Reception. If you would like to BYOB, please consider something other than hard alcohol.
What is the menu for the Reception?
Main dish: country fried chicken and grilled chicken (gluten free)

What are the wedding colors?
Our colors include: white, gold, and various florals and shades of green, purple, pink, and blue. The official color of each Bridesmaid’s dress is eucalyptus green.
