The Lord has a way of doing things when you least expect it...

Garrison and Ashlyn never imagined that a casual 3-5 minute introduction during General Conference in October 2022 would turn into them meeting the love of their life. But it was only in June of 2023 something ever became of that awkward, yet unknowingly life changing meeting. They started talking and conversations flowed easily, the connection undeniable. Yet life had a funny way of playing its cards and so they didn't talk from August to November, although Garrison kept trying to get Ashlyn's attention. In November, it just felt right... could this really be it? They both had been praying that the Lord would shut the door if it wasn't meant to be. But the door kept swinging open!

By January 2024 they both knew - without a shadow of a doubt - that they were meant to be together and wanted to be... forever. Garrison made the trip to PA in April, marking the first of many visits. It was then that they began dating.

Time moved quickly. By November 2024, Garrison was asking for Ashlyn's father's blessing, a significant step toward a future they both dreamed of. Then in January 2025, in the most beautiful place, "The Gathering Place", Garrison got down on one knee and asked her the most important question of his life.

With her "Yes" their story was far from over- it was only the beginning. June 2025, with all of our friends and family will mark the first day their forever, their happily ever after began.
