We first met in May 2020 during the height of the COVID pandemic. Our first date was to a bagel shop and the Cincinnati Zoo where Jordan brought flowers, and the rest was history. We spent countless hours on late night FaceTime calls and driving back and forth from Indiana to West Virginia while Ashlyn finished school. Our love for Jesus and each other grew so much during this time as we learned to be intentional and loving in the way He has called us to love. We learned to cherish every moment we had together during these times with hopes that one day soon there would be no separation between us. Little did we know that time would come so soon. We knew this was God’s perfect plan for us and are so grateful for the beginning of this journey called life together. This is just a glimpse into our love story.
