As you all know, the campground holds many memories for Ashlyn and her family. Ashlyn's parents bought the land in 1998 and you couldn't even see the water. After many years of hard work and dedication, the Somers' made it a place for family and friends to gather and spend all summer camping and boating. Now it's a full fledge campground that still holds many memories for our family but we have opened the doors for others to create and share many happy memories as well. When Brandon became a part of Ashlyn's life, we're unsure if he really realized what came with it - the busy summer campground life. However, Brandon and Ashlyn have made many memories together at the campground and it will be a place they will continue to make and share memories with family and friends. Even though the campground does make our families lives a little hectic, we are so fortunate to have this piece of heaven. Ashlyn and Brandon are so grateful to share this special place with all of you. On our Wedding Day, the campground will be an enjoyable outdoor space overlooking the Murray River where you can sit back, take in the scenery and celebrate our love story with us. We really hope Mother Nature will be on our side, but we will have a back-up plan in place and will contact everyone if location happens to change. The Ceremony will begin at 1:30pm on the Waterfront. Everyone is welcome to arrive early to enjoy the space, music and mingle before the Wedding begins. What to expect: When you arrive at the top of the hill, you will be greeted by friends who will help show you where to park your vehicles. As you arrive at the waterfront, you will be greeted by family and friends offering you a refreshment before you sit and enjoy the live music being played from mother, daughter duo Jill & Darcy Chandler. We are over the moon that you can join us and help celebrate us and our families.

We consider ourselves pretty lucky to live on an island that has so many delicious things; so we would like to share some of our favourites with you! At 5:00pm, before we welcome the Bride & Groom, you can mix and mingle and enjoy some complimentary fresh PEI Mussels from Prince Edward Aqua Farms along with some of PEI's most famous Gahan Craft Beer and Colliding Tide Seltzers.

We are beyond grateful to have all the closest people in our lives in one room. After we introduce the Wedding Party and the Bride and Groom, we will enjoy a seated meal. At 8pm, we will welcome everyone's favourite DJ, the famous DJ Hype who will start the party off with first dance and then keep the party going until 12:00am. For those who are staying at The Great George Hotel or around the Charlottetown area there are plenty of Cab services available. The Kari Car Service is recommended and you can schedule your time for pick up in advance. Please download the Kari app prior to arrival. We cannot wait to see you all and spend our special day with you!
