This was our first-ever basketball game and only a few days after we first met.

We always loved going stargazing on the parkway. Ashlyn prayed to herself one night while stargazing that she would see her first-ever shooting star if we were meant to be. That night we did! We named that star Forever. Forever is what I have engraved inside her engagement ring.

I have been best friends with Jacob since the 5th grade. We have been through so much together. Back in the 5th grade, we promised each other we would be each other's best men. Since then, we have still been best friends. I have experienced so much with him and have gone on so many family trips with both of our families. Some of the great trips we have done are Myrtle Beach, Knoxville, USC, Some of my favorite memories with Jacob is when he would come to visit App and we would storm the field for s football game.

I have known Thomas since elementary school, although we did not talk much until he joined shop class in high school. He also attended App State, and that is where we became even better friends. Since the freshman year of college, we have been tied at the hip. In our home church in Boone, everyone thought we were brothers cause we were seen everywhere together. Thomas and I co-led a Bible study Senior year, which was an amazing experience. We have been roommates since the sophomore year of college. Thomas and I have gone on many hikes and trips over the years. Some of those being Grayson Highlands, Roan Mtn, Nashville, Knoxville, Arizona, Utah, and so on. One of my favorite memories with Thomas is when we would blast our favorite music in the house or in the car and vibe out.

I met Samuel in the first grade. We instantly became buddies. We would often go into the woods, build forts, and find old relics, such as license plates, hubcaps, and soda bottles. We also loved to explore abandoned barns and buildings. One of my favorite memories with Samuel was that after school was over, we would go to the Neuse River and build forts, fish, and explore.

I met Zach sophmore year of college. He was a random roomate and goong into it I thought he would be a crazy frat guy but little did I know he was the complete opposite. We finally had a real conversation a month into living with each other and immediately hit it off. One of my favorite memories with Zach is when we would go on the parkway late at night and go stargazing. These drives would always end in the deepest conversations. Also, shout out to Zach for videoing our proposal!

I met Parker in the 7th grade. We instantly became friends. We grew up playing football and basketball together. We then went to App State together and were roommates for our freshman and sophomore years. One of my favorite memories with Parker is when we went to Parker's cabin and chilled in the hot tub.

Parker Anderson

I met Peyton Junior year of college at a Supply Chain Club meeting. I just happened to sit beside him and got to talking. I followed him on Instagram, and he asked how I knew Ashlyn. We got to talking, and I told him I was talking to her. He ended up being in the same friend group. Ever since then, we have hung out a ton and gotten really close. My favorite memory with Peyton is going to the Tennessee game.

I have only known JP for a little over a year, but he has been a great friend, and we have connected over like interests. Some of my favorite memories with JP are having late-night convos and watching peak movies.

I have known Tripp since my freshman year of college. We weren't great friends until we lived with each other last year, but then we immediately connected. We went on a spring break trip to Arizona and Utah. My favorite memory on this trip was when we were eating dinner, and we all could not stop laughing. It was so much fun!
