Nolan and Ashlynn met when they were in high school through mutual friends, but their story really began two summers ago. They were reintroduced through a mutual friend (shout out Jack) and never looked back. They starting dating one week before Ashlynn moved to Minnesota for school. If this wasn't crazy enough, Ashlynn met Nolan's family the day they started dating and Nolan met Ashlynn's the night before she moved. Sometimes, when you know you know. Thus began the long distance for the next 9 months. After many long weekend drives back and forth and countless facetimes, Ashlynn moved back to Sioux Falls as she finished out her school program and Nolan started a new job. Tuesday night date nights became their favorite way to celebrate the end of long distance. Flash forward a few months, Ashlynn committed to a residency position in Chicago! The two went out to the city to tour apartments and Nolan surprised Ashlynn with a proposal and party with their closest friends and family. Now wedding planning is underway and they are so excited to start their lives together in Chicago.
