We met through mutual friends when Ashton was in her first semester of nursing school. Justin was living in Georgetown at the time playing golf and caddying. Justin later transitioned to living with Ashton in Bowling Green where he started attending church at Living Hope and had joined in a small group with a group of guys from the church. On September 13th 2023, Justin asked Christ into his life, which led to his baptism on November 5th, 2023. Ashton was asked to baptize him at church that day and following the church service is when Justin dropped to one knee and asked to her to marry him! Of course she said yes and the rest is history! Justin is now working as an Assistant Golf Professional at Bowling Green Country Club and Ashton is working at The Medical Center while finishing up her last semester of nursing school.
