The Beginning....

Ashton and Payton met in high school through a mutual friend. A few months after meeting, Payton reached out and the two began talking often-hanging out when they could. The two remained friends until senior year was over and college life began...

Rekindled....

Payton began his college journey at Eastern Kentucky University and Ashton began hers at the University of Kentucky. In the following months of the fall semester Ashton reached out to Payton and arranged to meet up and catch up on life.

The Start of "Us".....

After a whirlwind of a year, Fall 2019 comes along and things begin to start taking form for the two. After inviting Ashton to his family's Thanksgiving dinner as friends...the two started their relationship that night.

Life together....

After only a few months together the two decided to make a crazy leap of faith and move into their first home together in April 2020. Spending their time surrounded by their family and friends and going on one adventure after another together. Falling farther into love with each and every day that passed them by.

The Engagement....

Travelling down to Tennessee to celebrate the wedding of their friends, the last thing that Ashton expected was to get engaged. However after the wedding had concluded and the two made their way back to the room they were staying in, Payton had another idea on his mind. After calling Ashton's grandfather and discussing proposing-Ashton and Payton made their way down the strip of Gatlinburg to a small jeweler and picked out the perfect ring.

Life Now....

Your early 20's bring lots of life experiences and learning curves, putting wedding planning on the back burner. Job changes and moves finally led the two to the happiest they have been-meaning that it was time to tie the knot and celebrate their love with friends and family alike. After searching for venue after venue, the date was secured and now comes the time to plan a beautiful celebration of love. It has been a true ride of a lifetime for their love story but neither of them would want to do this without the other.
