Please RSVP by August 30th, 2024. This will allow us to send final numbers to our vendors in a timely fashion. If we do not receive your RSVP by August 30th, you will be marked as a “No,” as any later than this will not give our vendors an appropriate amount of time to prepare accommodations.

If a plus one is not indicated on your RSVP, please do not bring a plus one. Unfortunately, capacity is limited, and we would like to be able to accommodate and celebrate with everyone we invited. We are sorry for any inconveniences.

RiverHaven Events Center has a small lot outside of the facility. There is additional parking lots across the street at Wells Fargo. Please utilize these spaces and feel free to leave your cars overnight as you will not be towed.

For those of you staying at the ClubHouse, a shuttle will bring guests to and from the hotel (details tbd). As stated in the question above, there is ample parking. For those who may need to leave their cars overnight but need a ride, Uber vouchers will be provided - a QR code will be inside for you to scan with your phone to access the Uber voucher. Please do not drink and drive.
