With the ceremony starting at 4 pm, we ask that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early to give yourself plenty of time before the proceedings.

We want to see you dress to impress! We ask that all women wear a dress, jumpsuit, or shirt and slacks and men also wear a button up shirt, pants, a sport coat and tie if desired.

We ask that you do not wear any white, ivory, or cream.

Yes there will be transportation! At 3:30 pm, a motor coach bus will pick up the guests and bring them to the church! If you choose to not attend the ceremony, the bus will make a round to pick you up at the hotel after the ceremony concludes. Pick up time is 5:00 pm. This bus will then go to the reception venue. After the night is over, it will bring you back to the Marriott Park Ridge.

The church does offer parking and handicap options are available. The reception hall will have valet parking with handicap options available as well.

No one will go hungry! Please don’t be shy and mention on your RSVP that you have a restriction/allergy. We will make note of it and pass it on to the Chef.

Yes, there is a five hour open bar with premium drinks available.

Yes! We love kids and would love the opportunity to share our special evening with them. Please be sure to include them in the total number of guests on the RSVP.

We are very excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue’s capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!

For our ceremony at the church, we ask that all phones and cameras be put away and there is to be no pictures taken. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception! This is such a special day for us and we have the most amazing photography team documenting the entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate, and be in the present moment with us!

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as “No”. We will be missing you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP’s due to this. Thank you for understanding!

Your presence is enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to the wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. There will also be a card table at the venue.

We will send out any changes via text message. We don’t anticipate any changes happening, but for unforeseen circumstances we will reach out to our guests via text message and email. You can also check in on our website which will have updates posted!
