Use the vehicle entrance on 819 N. Water Street or on E. Kilbourn Avenue just west of the main entrance into Saint Kate. When you enter the parking structure, pull a ticket from the machine. When you leave your car, take the ticket with you. When you return to your vehicle, there will be a pay station near the elevator. Using your ticket, follow the instructions to pay for your parking at the pay station. A ticket will be returned to you. You can use that ticket to exit the parking structure. There will also be free street parking available.
