Can I RSVP online or do I need to mail in an RSVP card?

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Parking is at the bottom of the hill in the church parking lot. There will be people shuttling guests up to the venue. If you need handicap parking, or assistance, please let us know in advance, as parling is very limited at the venue itself.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding will be outdoors, whether permitting, It will move indoors if need be.
Are shoes permitted in the indoor area?
No. Shoes are not permitted inside the venue with the exception of the runner path to the restroom. Alternative footwear is required for all other areas indoors and will be provided by the wedding party.
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
This is a semi formal event. please dress accordingly. No casual wear. Alternative footwear will be provided for indoor use. The wedding colors are Wine (Burgundy) and Navy Blue, however not a requirement for guests. (Please be respectful of the bride and do not wear white!)
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Plus one guests are permitted with advanced permission from the bride and groom.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Yes, children are permitted with notice. Please limit to only children of your household and give advance notice to the bride and groom for accommodations. There will be child friendly activates during the reception, however we asked that children not be left unattended.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
The menu is to be determined, but will be buffet style. Please make note of any dietary restrictions or needs in your RSVP on this website or let the bride or groom know. Please give advance notice so that your needs can be accommodated.
Will there be an open bar?
No, however drinks will be available for purchase. Champagne and sparkling cider will be available for dinner toasts at no cost to the guests.
I am able to take picture/are you allowing phones or cameras during the ceremony?
While we will not be confiscating any cameras or phones, we ask that no picture and/or video be taken during the ceremony Photos of the ceremony will be available for view after the wedding. Picture and video are permitted and encouraged during the reception. remember to share with the bride and groom!
I cannot attend the wedding in person. Wil there be a virtual celebration?
Unfortunately no, however there will be a photographer and videographer, so pictures and video will be available to view after the event.
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to the wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. Because the bride and groom have already established their forever home, we encourage you to contribute to their "honeyfund" in leu of a gift.
When will food and drink be available during the event?
Champagne and sparkling cider will be available at the start of the reception for toasts.
Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided for consumption prior to ceremony start, as well as during cocktail hour and reception.
No beverages will be available during the wedding ceremony.
Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase during cocktail hour and reception.
Refreshments/appetizers will be provided during cocktail hour. Buffet style dinner will be open throughout the reception.
Will there be a designated smoking area for guests?
Yes. There will be a designated area for tobacco use only. All other recreational smoking is not permitted per venue rules. Please refrain from the smoking outside of the designated area. No smoking indoors is permitted.
Will there be a money dance?
Yes. It is tradition in the bride's family to have a money dance... so bring those dollars!!!
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by May 06, 2024 (2 months prior).
If you are traveling from out of town, please reach out the bride and groom, as we may be able to accommodate some guests.
Are there any restricted areas in the venue?
Yes. The kitchen and ALL of upstairs is off limits to guests.
Will there be assigned seating?
Pick a seat, not a side.
You are loved by both the groom and bride!
(The first two rows however, will be reserved for immediate family.)
Can we request songs or is it a set list?
Yes, absolutely! We want everyone to have an enjoyable time!
