A meeting of a pagan social club is what originally brought Atma and Athena together. However, Atma and Athena were too shy and too nervous to even look at each other during the meeting. After friending each other on Facebook, Atma finally took the plunge and messaged Athena, asking her out on a REAL date, much to her surprise.

All was going well until two days before the planned date, when Atma decided he couldn’t wait to steal a kiss from Athena. Surprising her at her Target job on the opposite side of town, he brought a single rose and kissed her for the first time.

Two nights later, Atma and Athena met for their first date at the beautiful yet tiny restaurant The Backspace, located just off 6th Street in Austin. The date did not end until the following morning when Athena had to leave for work, and both were completely smitten with the other. Athena then made her famous alfredo sauce for Atma, and the rest is history. They have been nearly inseparable ever since!
