Athena met Guada at the age of ten and grew up together doing theatre in their hometown of San Carlos. Guada is someone who has been there for all of life's ups and downs. She is a constant in Athena's life; a friend who will listen, who is kind and who brightens your world through laughter. There is something special about growing up together. Athena is so lucky to have had Guada by her side through it all.

Danny and Tyler met at the tender age of 8 and have gone from small town to the big city. They love to come up with fantastical movie ideas, drink expensive coffee, and chat about life in a manner that doesn't make sense to the outside world. Danny is proud to have Tyler as his Bestman and future co-creative on a Star Wars movie.

Cely is Athena's youngest sister. Though they are eight years apart in age, they have many adventures now that they live in the same state again after so many years. Cely reminds Athena to enjoy life and to have peace. Their time together is treasured because it brings that joy and peace into Athena's life just when she needs it most.

Danny and Austin met in the 4th grade with a common desire to tear up the baseball diamond and to dominate in Madden. His wisdom knows no bounds and he is an ever calming presence in Danny's life. He's got a heck of a beard and he's a heck of a pal. From ages 9 to 90, they are friends for the long haul.

Azucena changed Athena's life forever by making her a big sister. One of Athena's favorite big sister perks became teasing Azucena. It's a simple joy, to be around your sister, to make each other laugh; and yet Azucena makes it an irreplaceable experience. And though she is six years younger, Azucena has taught Athena so much about strength and persistence. Watching Azucena conquer life's challenges is an inspiration. Athena is so proud to have her little seester stand with her on the big day.

Zach was brought into Danny's life when he was just 4 years old, making him an older brother of two. He helped Danny to learn the responsibilities that come with being the eldest while also reminding him to enjoy a round of Pokémon cards or wiffleball. Danny is grateful that his little brother ended up being cool and a genuinely good dude.

When Athena first met Lucy she was so nervous. Wanting to impress her new boyfriends sister, Athena gave her a souvenir from her recent trip to London. Though it soon became clear that they'd be fast friends. Whether it's a call to vent about a long day or obsess over where they want to travel to next, Lucy is someone Athena can rely on. How lucky Athena feels to have been given a third sister!

Liam was adopted as Danny's introvert in the 8th grade. With Liam's random skills with a forge and ability to stomach a lot of nonsense, this friendship has blossomed into adulthood. Liam reminds Danny to take it easy and enjoy the little things in life that are all around us. Like rocks.

Karina is a pillar of Athena's life. There isn't anything they can't talk about. Karina has a way of making any situation memorable and they've had the craziest times together. From big scissors', to living room performances and polly pocket, Karina means the world to Athena. She's always looked up to her; growing up Athena wanted to be just like Karina. In turn, Karina has shown Athena what it means to be a cousin and how special that bond can be. She is so happy to have her big cousin by her side for the wedding and in life.

Danny met Kaila in driver's ed many moons ago so it is very fitting that she made it for another big life event. Her constant positivity has helped through life's ups and downs, while her endless ability to chitchat can bring anyone back from the depths of despair.

Athena is truly blessed to call Alex a cousin and a best friend. Growing up, Athena has always admired her resilience and strength. It is a rare and cherished friendship that Athena cannot image her life without. Alex is one of kind; someone who Athena looks to for authentic conversation, a good laugh and food recommendations. Alex is bold and kind and reminds Athena to relax once in a while. When life gets hard Alex is one of the first calls.

Zach and Danny met while slinging produce at QFC and spent nearly six years becoming great friends there. While bonding over a hatred of our corporate overlords and randomly naming athletes from their childhoods, Danny subtly learned the ropes of life from Zach. He has been a great influence from a time where Danny was just beginning adulthood.

Highschool friends turned lifelong friends! Athena and Jannah talk everyday about the most random things and it is the best. Athena knows that Jannah will always be there to listen. They share a love of tv, true crime and shout singing musicals.

Jess and Athena became friends during their early college days and haven't looked back since. Jess is a friend who will hype you up and always remind you of your worth. She is someone Athena admires for her grit and her adventurous spirit. This day would not be complete without Jess!

Lyanne and Athena met in high school and were destined to be friends. Some of the most fun memories from high school were sitting in Lyanne's car, blasting music going to get pressed juice so they could feel fancy. From singing in the car after school to doing photo shoots just for fun to chasing dreams in big cities, Lyanne is someone who changed Athena's life for the better.

Dario and Athena met in middle school and became close friends in high school through their love of the performing arts. Dario and Athena can spend hours talking on the phone and never get bored. Athena loves Dario for his zest for life, his dreamer mind and his ability to make any moment the most fun simply by being him.

Maddie and Athena met during college and have been best friends ever since. There isn't a time together that they can't make an adventure. Maddie is a friend for the long haul; she will always have your back and make sure you know you are loved. Athena is lucky to have her.
