All Americans (Children/minors as well) traveling to Cancun must have a valid U.S. passport when flying into Mexico, available through the U.S. State Department (travel.state.gov). A passport or passport card is accepted for travelers driving from the United States to Cancun or for those arriving by cruise ship or other watercraft.

Yes, in order to attend any/all wedding events you must book your room through the room block that is located under the "travel" tab. We look forward to having everyone under the same "roof" for a getaway of fun.

If you decide to bring your children to the resort, that's fine. However, no children are allowed as guests at the wedding or reception.

Room upgrades are available until the final balance due date.

Yes, the resort will allow you to hold your room for a small deposit ($50) as a guest of our wedding. Please make sure you contact our travel agent, Dream Weddings Travel Team , for all your questions in regards to travel, room reservations and payment schedule.

All reservations are non-refundable following the final balance due date. Cancellation fees are only reimbursed via reimbursement from a travel protection plan. If you choose not to purchase the travel protection plan, cancellation fees are your responsibility. We strongly recommend that each guest purchase Travel Protection Insurance.
