When you call the hotel, ask for the blocked rooms for the Forbes Yingst Wedding. You have the option to book a single bed king room or a double queen room.
I recommend booking in advance because the hotels might fill up fast for Labor Day Weekend.

This is a shuttle that takes you from MSP to Winona. You can rent a car at MSP, or take the shuttle and rent a car in Winona

$2 bus fare from MSP airport to Amtrak Union Station in St Paul. ~$30 ticket for 2 hr train ride down the Mississippi to Winona, MN. Spacious seats and plenty of smoke breaks!
