Effective January 2026, Mexico has started enforcing a tourism fee for anyone visiting Cabo. To ensure there is no hassle with crossing the boarder/ exiting the SJD airport you must fill out and pay the fee prior to arrival. Transportation has been arranged to pick all guests up at the Cabo Azul Hotel promptly at 4 PM. You are responsible for planning to Uber, taxi, or use your hotel shuttle transportation if you are not staying at the Cabo Azul in order to access the SUVs. if you are not staying at the Cabo Azul, you may be asked to wait on the sidewalk outside of the hotel premises. Please confirm they are taking you to the Aubree Ocana and Cole Rodgers wedding at Flora Farms before boarding. If you miss the SUVs, please uber or taxi straight to Flora Farms.

You will fly in to SJD. The hotels in Cabo are very accommodating, you can request a shuttle pick up at the time of your arrival through your hotel's website or by calling concierge, don't forget to grab a margarita for the road from the airport bar outside!

While all our guests are encouraged to stay with us at Cabo Azul, there are many beautiful hotel options in the San Jose area. We advise staying in San Jose as it is close to the wedding venue and reduces risk of missing the SUV transportation. An affordable option we suggest is the Tropicana Los Cabos by Hilton. If you are looking for a more luxurious experience for the weekend, we love the Viceroy los Cabos and the JW Marriott los Cabos!

The wedding venue is Flora Farms at 23407 Animas Bajas San Jose del Cabo, Baja California Sur Mexico. The ceremony will begin at 4:45 pm with a reception to follow. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking with endless gardens and tropical scenery. Please keep in mind the ceremony and reception will be outdoors and on grass, the weather should be fairly warm hitting peak of 85 and cooling off to about 75 at night..

The welcome party will commence at 8pm outside of the Javier's of the Cabo Azul around the fire pit deck on Friday, March 27th. Please arrive in semi formal white party attire, for men khaki or colored pants are acceptable. The definition of semiformal constitutes a more relaxed/dressy, casual vibe, including skirts, casual dresses, button downs, etc. Please feel free to wear whatever you're most comfortable in within a white color scheme.

Dress code is garden party formal. For ladies this means airy, formal to semi-formal, midi (below the knee) to floor length dresses with encouragement of pastels, florals and color. for men this means suit pants and suit jacket, tie optional and color of suit optional.

Transportation will bring you back to the Cabo Azul hotel once the evening has concluded. You will be responsible for arranging transportation to your designated hotel after the transportation has dropped you back off at Cabo Azul if you are not staying there.

this will be an adult only event, please leave your little ones at home or arrange for day care services the day and night of the event.

If you have been granted a plus one, your invitation will specify their name and they will be able to RSVP on the website, otherwise there are no plus ones.
