Where is the ceremony and reception being held?
Our ceremony, cocktail hour , and reception will all be held on site at The Willows Event Center. The ceremony will be held on the second floor, cocktail hour will be one the balcony of the second floor, and our reception is also located inside the ballroom on the second floor.
Are kids Allowed?
As much as we would love to see all the kiddos, we have chosen to have an adult only wedding. We have only allowed those who are in the wedding party to attend. We hope you understand and can have a great kid free night out!
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony will be starting at 3:00pm, so we recommend coming 20-30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and finding your seat. This guaranties that you will be in attendance for our ceremony.
We have a very strict timeline, so if you arrive to our ceremony at or after our scheduled start time you will not be permitted to enter. After our ceremony ends you will then be able to join us for our cocktail hour and reception.
What is our dress code?
For our wedding we would like for guests to wear formal or semi-formal attire. For example, women may wear floor length or mid length dresses, while men may wear suits or a dress shirt and dress pants. More details and inspiration can be found on our dress code page.
Can we take our own pictures + videos throughout the day?
During our ceremony we would like to have our guests be fully present, so we are having an unplugged ceremony. For our unplugged ceremony we ask that all phones and cameras be put away. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture everything.
You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the remainder of our wedding. For this, we have provided a separate QR code you can scan to access our POV gallery. Once you open POV, you will be granted (#) photos to take. Each of your photos taken in POV will be automatically added into a group album for all our guests, the following morning. Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict quest count that doesn’t allow us to include plus ones except for members of our immediate family. We hope that you understand and can still have a wonderful time!
Is there an after party?
Yes! We are excited to announce that our after party will be held in the downstairs bar of our venue, The Willows. The after party will include a cash bar, and even some late-night goodies!
What happenes if i do not rsvp in time?
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date we have provided, it will be marked as "NO." We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
