Tyler and I's story began on April 3rd, 2024. We matched on Facebook Dating and Tyler sent the first "Hey." We immediately clicked and spent the next few days chatting, exchanged numbers, and enjoyed getting to know each other. Tyler was officiating a scrimmage at Bethany College and Aubrey was dying to meet him. So, on April 6th, Aubrey drove down to Lindsborg to watch Tyler and meet him for the first time. One problem though... Tyler didn't tell Aubrey what letter he was wearing so Aubrey spent most of the first quarter trying to figure out which one was Tyler. Once Tyler smiled, Aubrey knew he was the "U." Little did either of us know that this was the beginning of our favorite past time; Tyler chasing his officiating dreams and Aubrey following and cheering him on in the stands! May of 2024 was a big month for us. The first "I Love You's" were exchanged. Tyler asked Aubrey to be "officially" his girlfriend on May 21st. June came and Aubrey got a CNA job and moved to Burlingame to be with Tyler. 5 dogs and 2 adults in our small one bedroom house was getting pretty crammed. We bought our first home together in October. Since then, we have been doing renovations in our new home. Tyler has since learned how to sheetrock, do tile work, and bits and pieces of plumbing and electric work. Aubrey did the hardest job of supervising and offering up commentary as needed. We keep plenty busy whether golfing, going to sporting events, fundraisers, and so much more! One of our most recent trips was a cruise to Mexico where we visited Costa Maya, Belize, and Cozumel. We visited Costa Maya on March 18th, 2025 and Tyler had a big surprise planned while we were there. Tyler asked Aubrey for her hand in marriage and she said "YES!" We would love for you to join us in our next chapter as we become husband and wife on June 20, 2026!
