It all started at East Gaston High School….

Once upon a time, a young boy was in an auto motive class his senior year and was assigned to fix a young girls AC belt he had never spoken to before.

She and him had also had a math class together senior year, so they knew of each other but had never really spoken.

That math class had a bunch of friends in it and they all had started a uno card game through our iPhones with everyone’s phone number in it playing against each other. This is when the young boy and young girl started talking to each other more as friends.

Covid hit about march of 2020 which was during our senior year. We all were told not to come back to school one day, which turned into never going back.

Fast forward to summertime of 2020, when the young girl reached out to the young boy on Snapchat. She stated, “ I know you’re probably a busy person, but I still have no AC and it’s summertime. Do you think we could meet up so you can still fix my belt for me?”

This turned into, many long nights hanging out and talking which eventually led into the most beautiful and transparent relationship they both had ever had.

The young boy proposed to the young girl in 2024 and they lived happily ever after.

FYI: He never fixed the AC belt….
