Right on this website! To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". If you have any trouble RSVPing, please contact the Maid of Honor, Leah Gregory, or the sister's of the bride, Carol and Jeanette Shearer.

Please RSVP no later than June 17th. We will only be able to accommodate those who RSVP'd. If you do not RSVP we will assume you cannot attend.

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors. The reception will be located at the same sight under a large pavilion building.

Guest may start arriving at 2:15pm. Please arrive no later than 2:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm.

The dress code is semi formal. For men, button-up and tucked in shirts, tie (optional), slacks and belts. For women, elegant and classy dresses. The bride respectfully asks that guest do not wear solid yellow or solid white.

The bar will be open during cocktail hour to enjoy. It will then be closed while dinner is being served to allow everyone, including our vendors, to eat. The bar will open again after dinner. Beers, wines, seltzers, liquor, and non alcoholic options will be available. We ask that anyone enjoying the open bar tip the lovely bartenders, have a DD for the night's end or plan to stay at the venue.

We want all of our loved ones there, including the little ones. The children invited are included on the invitations.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP with your name (ex. Aubrey’s plus one). Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

There will be no room blocks set up by the bride and groom as the majority attending are local, however they do recommend the Holiday Inn or DoubleTree in Binghamton, NY or the Sherwood Hotel in Greene, NY. Another option is to stay at the venue by pitching a tent! The venue is located in a secluded area with a lot of open land to bring a tent and stay the whole night. We do ask you wait until later in the evening to set up your tent after cocktail hour ends.

Our venue has free on-site parking. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if need be but it must be picked up by 1pm the next day.

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending' so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
