Our Wedding

Our love story started at Mardi Gras where we locked eyes and knew that something special had started. After long-distance and endless laughter, life quickly became a beautiful adventure. We bought our home in The Woodlands, TX with a backyard for our dog, Cowboy, to chase squirrels in. Before long, life got even sweeter with the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Sadie, who has been the greatest joy of our lives. Mardi Gras came full circle in our lives as it's where we got engaged. Every step of our journey has been filled with love and shared dreams; we are endlessly grateful for the life that we have been blessed with. Now with our friends, family, and daughter by our side, we're so excited to officially tie the knot. Our wedding will not just be a celebration of our love, but of the happiness and friendship we have found in one another.

There are plenty of great options nearby! I would recommend looking at hotels and Airbnbs within 15 miles of downtown Fredericksburg. To give everyone flexibility, we have not reserved a block of rooms. Please choose the accommodations that work best for you.

Whether you're just coming in for our special day or making a weekend out of the trip, there's plenty of things that will make you fall in love with Fredericksburg. Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Fredericksburg is known for its charming small-town feel, German heritage, and the wine! The town is surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and wildflowers so if this is your first time to God's country, you're in for a treat! Guests can explore Main Street which is lined with shops and delicious German eating while sipping on award-winning beverages. Or if you are looking for something more aerobic, Enchanted Rock is just outside of town for hikes of various levels. Don't forget to stop by a brewery or join a wine-tasting tour while you're at it! David and I can't wait to share our favorite place with you and make even more memories!
