NO!! Our venue has a limited amount of parking so those that can park there will be notified in advance. Others will be advised to take the provided shuttle service.

The ONLY way to get to the wedding ceremony and reception will be by shuttle. There is a limited amount of parking at the venue so only those notified will be allowed to park on site. Shuttles will begin pick up at 3:30pm and last pickup will be at 4:45pm so plan accordingly.

There will be two vans operating, one will pick up at Sun Outdoors Resort (5 min. ride) and the other will pickup at the Inn at SilverCreek (10 min. ride).

The shuttle will run from 3:30pm-4:45pm for guest pick up before the ceremony. Shuttle service will pause during ceremony and reception, resuming from 9pm-11pm for guest drop off.

Please RSVP here on the website before May 10th. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline unfortunately your spot at the wedding will no longer be reserved.

The ceremony and cocktail hour is outdoors while the reception will be indoors.

If your invitation and RSVP link does not indicate a plus one, we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing a guest. As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, if your invitation says, "family" then your kids are invited. You can also check this on the RSVP tab of the website. We want everyone to be included in our special day!

Absolutely! Please dress in cocktail attire or cowboy cocktail attire and refrain from wearing white. The wedding is at a ranch so keep in mind that there is some rough terrain and heels may not be a great choice.
