Additional Information

- Group rate is $129.00 per night plus tax for a room with 1-king bed and sofa sleeper, and $149.00 per night for 2-queen beds with a sofa sleeper.

- Hotel cannot guarantee early check-in for any wedding guests, including the bride and groom. If a guest will need to get into a room prior to 3:00 pm CST on the day of their arrival, the hotel strongly suggests they arrange their stay to arrive the night before to ensure they have a room available for early check-in the day of the event.

- A credit card will be required to guarantee reservations.

- Hotel will ask for a credit card upon arrival.

- Debit card holders: Upon arrival, if you present a debit card at check-in, please be aware that there will be an authorization for your incidentals at check-in. If you anticipate any issues with your debit card, the hotel suggests using a credit card upon check-in.

- Cancellation policy is 48-hours prior to your day of arrival.

- Reservations must be booked by April 8th, 2020 to guarantee room preference. Reservations may be taken after the cut-off date, but the group rates and the room preference are no longer available.

- The hotel is 100% nonsmoking. There is a $250 cleaning fee for smoking in the rooms.
