The ceremony will take place at the House of the Seven Gables at 3 PM. The reception will follow and is now also going to be held at the House of the Seven Gables. We're relieved that we're finally able to have this ceremony after being forced to cancel last year. We're grateful that gathering regulations have eased enough that we're able to be joined by our immediate families and our small wedding party. Yet we're disappointed that capacity limits mean we're still unable to have our friends and loved ones in attendance. We plan to schedule a one-year anniversary party next year when things are [hopefully] back to normal and we'll let you know when we have details about that. In the meantime, we'd love to have you join us virtually for the wedding via Facebook Live. You should be able to show up to the private Facebook group at 2:50 PM ET on May 1 and watch the ceremony streaming in real time. If we run into tech issues, we'll record the ceremony and upload the video and our pro-shot photos afterward. (If we've learned nothing else the past year it's to roll with the punches to get to what's real).

To launch this new phase of our voyage together we're taking an actual voyage aboard the ship. the Hannah Glover as it navigates the historic Salem Harbor. The boat will board at 8:15 pm and depart at 8:30 pm. For our family interested in this private cruise please be at the Salem Waterfront Hotel by 8 pm. There will be a cash bar option on the boat as well. The entire ride will be a little more than 1 hour. For you landlubbers who prefer to stay on solid ground, you're welcome to remain at the Gables.
