Elias and Aubrie first met in the summer of 2021. Aubrie was hanging out with her friend Alyese binge watching scary movies. Alyese had posted a video of Aubrie and thats when Elias slid up and asked who Aubrie was. Aubrie and Elias exchanged information and in July they finally settled on a random Friday to meet up in Oxford, MS (halfway between Memphis, TN and Columbus, MS). They planned to spend only that Friday together for their date, but decided they wanted to spend more time getting to know each other, so Aubrie went down to Columbus for the rest of the weekend. By July 20th 2021, they decided to make it official! They went on for the next year and a half visiting each other on weekends/breaks while they both finished up school/training.


On March 4th, 2023, Elias proposed in San Antonio, TX on a small bridge downtown. Her friend Alyese (the match maker) surprised Aubrie with coming in town and celebrating that night!


Elias and Aubrie picked the date July 20th, 2024 to get married because that is their anniversary of when they started dating. It holds a special meaning to them and they are so excited to add more meaning to that date surrounded by family and friends who know and love them.
