Garrett and I have grown up together. We first met each other in elementary school but grew closer as we ended our time in high school. After being invited to a Christmas party our senior year, he became part of our friend group. From there, we both were smitten with each other, and decided to start dating. Through several months, we grew closer together and started dating more seriously in college during our freshman year at WKU. One summer night in June (15th), Garrett asked me to be his girlfriend--and saying yes that night would go on to expand into 3 years of fun memories, joyful moments, and zero regrets. Garrett is my absolute other half and supports me in such a wholesome and understanding way. It is obvious to see Christ's reflection through Garrett, and I thank him daily for placing a Christian man in my life. I am so glad, that he said yes to a last-minute invite to a Christmas party!

Macey is Aubry's younger sister. She is passionate about others, a caring friend, and a core member of Aubry's life. Through thick and thin, Macey has been by Aubry's side and will be standing next to her on her big day!

Embry is Aubry's older sister. Embry is a gentle presence, a loving sister, and Aubry's longest confidant. Embry is Andrew Sanford's wife, and they are wonderful parents to their precious little girl, Ruby June!

Emily is Aubry's college best friend. She is a dedicated friend, a great listener, and is constantly supportive. Emily is from Louisville, Ky and met Aubry through WKU's Teacher Education Program. Emily is engaged to Isaiah Parker and are to be married in December of 2027!

Shelby is Aubry's college best friend! Shelby is from Winchester, KY and met Aubry through WKU's Literacy Ambassadors where her and Aubry served the club together on their executive board. Shelby is a supportive friend, a devoted teacher, and an amazing Christian influence. Shelby is joined by her boyfriend Wilson Patterson.

Alexa is Aubry's longest childhood best friend. Through thick and thin, Alexa has stood by Aubry's side since kindergarten! Alexa is fun-loving, a great listener, and her loyalty is beyond compare! She is from Bowling Green, Kentucky and just graduated from WKU with a Health Sciences degree!

Will is Garrett's younger brother and best friend. Even though Will "stole Garrett's thunder" 22 years ago, he has proved to be the best wing man since Aaron was to Moses. Will is committed to family, soulful, and fun to be around. Garrett wouldn't choose any other man to have by his side!

Will Rhoades

Andrew is one of Garrett's closest friends. Andrew played a key role in welcoming Garrett into the family and has supported him throughout the 3 years that they have known each other. Andrew is married to Embry Sanford, and they have a little girl, Ruby June.

Josh is Garrett's best friend. Since 2015, Josh has been there for Garrett at school, through the hobbies that they share, and most importantly at church. Though "the crew of the pearl has waned", Josh has remained a bastion of comradery and friendship.

Ryan is Aubry's cousin and one of Garrett's friends. Ryan is hardworking, caring, and is a passionate friend. Ryan and Garrett have developed a tight knit friendship over the years that they have known each other.
