When you arrive at the Cancun airport, you'll be guided through customs, and then to baggage claim. When you walk out of the airport to meet your shuttle, there will be A LOT of people there trying to sell you things or sign you up for excursions. We recommend politely saying "no thank you" and moving past them to head to your shuttle pick up spot.

The most popular restaurants at the resort may fill up quickly on the busier days/times. We recommend working with the concierge onsite to book reservations to avoid having to wait for long periods of time, especially if you have a larger group that wants to eat together. Keep in mind that the restaurants each have their own dress code as well so we recommend visiting the link below to ensure that you pack proper attire.

Bring LOTS of sunscreen! It will be very expensive to buy at the resort if you run out and the sun in Mexico really is hotter than in the states :)

Bring your own tumbler to use for drink refills throughout the weekend. The glasses used at the resort are small so this helps you make fewer trips to the bar.
