What has actually been over 7 years seems like it was only yesterday as cliché as that may sound!

We met in the summer of 2009 through a mutual friend that happened to be dating one of Will's friends at the time. Everyone ended up going to Olde Towne Tavern in Lawrenceville (a little far from Audra's neck of the woods) and Will decided to sit down next to Audra and comment on how she had nice legs and clearly worked out.

--This pickup line worked like a charm as this happened to be the least favorite body part of Audra's...so she thought this really could only go uphill from here!

After a couple refusals from Audra (as he didn't seem her type...haha) Will finally convinced Audra to go on their first date to Shout Atlanta, although this was not the intended destination for date #1 we had been circling around Atlanta for about an hour and finally Will said screw it this place looks nice enough too and we decided to go to Shout for dinner!

We hung out and went on a few more dates after but eventually ended up pursuing more of a friendship than relationship as the 2 hour drive and Audra having a full course load in college ended up being to much to continue the relationship further at the time.

In late 2012 we ended up reconnecting for a second first date and the rest is history!

In February of 2016 we went on a cruise to Haiti and Jamaica which turned out to be the trip of a lifetime as we got ENGAGED!
