Our story starts in March of 2020, which would not seem like an opportune time to meet and start to fall in love, and yet we did. The incredible hours, days, and couple months getting to know each other before our first date were beautiful indicators of what was to come. On May 2, 2020 we had that first date, a picnic, a perfect, almost 8-hour, picnic at Kraft Azalea Park. A kiss. From there and then, it was just a matter of finding any sliver of time to get together for two people with full and busy lives. A few getaways in July of 2020 sealed the deal that our five incredible kiddos would have to meet. Nerves aside, five wonderful and unique personalities managed to hit it off. Oh, thank goodness. So, more picnics, pool parties, camping, rollercoasters, roofs, parks, beaches, springs, dinners, movies and family and friend introductions followed. Not a moment together passed without further knowing just what a mutual amount of love and appreciation we had for each other. Leading us to June of 2021 in New York, so close to where our lives began, we agreed to continue our lives together on a waterfall in the Catskill Mountains named Fawn's Leap.
