We will be having the ceremony and reception at Ancestral Acres Lodge & Barn. 1063 Holmes Rd Bronson, MI 49028. The ceremony is planned to take place outside on the grounds at 4:00 pm. If weather is inclement, the ceremony will take place inside the barn. There will be a reception to follow inside the barn, starting around 5:30 pm. We will have dinner and drinks available!

Yes there is parking on site, although it may be best to carpool if you can! There will be someone by the parking area to help direct our guests if needed (:

Our wedding and reception will be taking place in the countryside, on October 26, 2024. The theme will be a rustic, boho, fall wedding. We are expecting it to be a cooler fall day, but being a year away, it’s hard to predict how the weather will be. The barn does have heat if necessary! Our ceremony will take place outside on the grounds, where it’s mostly of grass and gravel walkways. Ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear (: We would love for everyone to come dressed in your favorite fall colored, formal attire!

Our reception will end on October 26, 2024 at 11pm.

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry with Amazon. You can find it by clicking on the registry tab on our website.

Our guests can RSVP right from our website! For our guests that aren’t as tech savvy, we will be sending out formal wedding invitations with a RSVP attached. You will then have the option to mail your RSVP back to us (:

We recommend our guests to RSVP no later than September 28th, 2024.

Kids are welcome as long as they are being attended to, at all times. There are a few large ponds at the venue, so we are just being cautious. We understand it’s hard for everyone to be able to come without their kids, so as long as they can be well behaved for that day, that will work for us (:

We are at capacity with our venue, which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests not listed on the formal invitation.

We invite you to be truly present with us during this time, with an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that our guests phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony has ended.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to have any pets on the property

We wish we could accommodate rooms for all of our guests, but sadly weren’t able to. We understand that most of our family and friends are coming out of town for our big day.
