A $150 deposit per person is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the room. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the reservation.

Guests may fly into Cancun International Airport or Tulum International Airport. Please keep in mind that the Cancun airport is about a 2 hour drive to the resort. Tulum airport is about a 45 minute drive to the resort. Tulum airport is a newly built airport. United Airlines and American Airlines just announced flights to Tulum, if you wish to fly with those airlines. Whichever airport you choose to fly into, transportation from the airport to the resort and back, will be included in your room price when booked.

Once booked through our travel agent, Erica, roundtrip transportation from airport to resort is included in the final price.

Yes! As you are traveling internationally, you do need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. If you don't already have a passport, we suggest applying a minimum of 6 months in advance of your trip as a precaution. Passport processing time can take up to 8-11 weeks.

Mexico does not require a COVID test prior to departure from the US. The US also does not require a negative COVID test prior to re-entering the country from your destination.
