During the Spring of 2013, Audrey and Hans had classes together in the Black Box Theatre at Las Positas College in Livermore. One day, Audrey brought a sandwich she made, but wasn’t hungry enough to finish it. Luckily, Hans offered to eat it, and after taking a bite, he jokingly told Audrey, “Marry me!” She smiled and said “No,” but after a semester of getting to know each other, on the last day of class, they finally decided to go on their first date. They have been inseparable ever since. Growing, laughing, and building a loving partnership together. On their nine-year anniversary, Hans proposed to Audrey in the very Black Box Theatre where they met. Their lives led them from classes at Las Positas, to working together at TVYPA, to graduating from San Francisco State University, to living in Southern California, to moving back to Livermore. They are truly lucky to have found each other and are luckier still to have people like you in their lives who cherish their love.
