May 10 is the last day you can book your assigned cabin at Waterfall Lodge & Retreat. If you choose to decline the cabin, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the cabin available to other guests.

Use 180 Hidden Falls Trail, Ben Lomond, CA and turn up Alba Road. (Easy to miss) DO NOT turn up Hubbard Gulch. Check in at the Guest Hub and they will direct you to the designated parking according to your cabin location.

If you are staying at Waterfall Lodge & Retreat, Check-in time is 1:00 pm and Check-out is no later than 10:00 am. There is no "EARLY" check-ins or "LATE" check-outs. Please go to the Guest Hub to check in.

There is parking in front of each of the cabins but first check in at the Guest Hub.

Guests not staying at Waterfall Lodge & Retreat can park at St. Peter & St. Paul Orthodox Church parking lot at 9980 Hwy 9, Ben Lomond, CA. Shuttles will take you up to the venue and back to your car. Parking at Waterfall Lodge & Retreat is restricted to guests staying overnight only. For those guests, check in at the Guest Hub and they will direct you.

Attire can range from cocktail, semi-formal or dressy casual to formal. There is a 10 min walk between the ceremony and reception which are both held outdoors. Weather and temperatures can fluctuate throughout the day so bring layers and select your footwear with this in mind. A shuttle is available for those not wishing to walk. Dancing will be held indoors in the Lodge.

Outdoors at the Grove Ceremony Area amongst the redwood trees at Waterfall Lodge and Retreat. The shuttle will stop nearby. Refer to the venue map if you are walking from your cabin.

3:00 pm, if you are not staying at Waterfall Lodge & Retreat, please arrive at 2:15 pm to the church parking to account for shuttle time from the parking lot to the ceremony area.

Outdoors on the patio at the Waterfall Lodge, a 10 minutes walk from the ceremony. Shuttles are available for those who do not wish to walk the trail.

The reception will begin immediately following the ceremony with a cocktail hour at The Lodge.

There will be passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour and a buffet style dinner with vegetarian, gluten and dairy free options followed by cake & dessert (think Churros & DIY S'mores @ the firepit near The Lodge)

At the reception, there will be a guest sign-in table where you can check in and leave a note for the Bride and Groom. There will also be a map to find your table assignment.

No. Wine, beer and champagne along with a choice of two signature cocktails will be provided.

Yes! Please take the time to visit the photo booth and leave a memorable photo of yourself for the bride & groom and take away a souvenir for yourself. The booth will be open from 6:30 - 9:30 PM

In the case of rain the ceremony and reception will be held inside the Lodge or under tented areas.

There is strict noise ordinance at the venue. Music and noise is restricted to inside The Lodge where the dancing will be. Noise cut off is 10:00pm even for guests staying in the cabins at Waterfall Lodge & Retreat.

Smoking or vaping is only permitted in designated areas on the outside patios of Waterfall Lodge or in the designated areas on the Ceremony Area patio. No smoking is permitted in the Lodge, any buildings, cabins, in the wooded areas or other grounds.

We love our furry friends, but we ask you to leave your pets at home.

Confetti, rice or birdseed is NOT allowed on the premises. No balloons, lit lanterns or animals are to be released on the premises. No sparklers or fireworks are permitted to be lit.

Last Dance will be at 9:30pm and all guests not staying at Waterfall Lodge & Retreat will need to leave with the last shuttle before 10:00pm.

Open flames are not permitted with the exception of candles lit during the reception and the firepit lit by staff. There will be security monitoring for noise, disruptive behavior any illegal drugs or activities.
