Our adventure began when we were introduced online; however, our first time meeting was at the quintessential Navy bar in Pacific Beach, CA called Shore Club. That Saturday turned into dinner, dancing, and Brendon subsequently ripping his pants while dancing too hard. After that first eventful night, I had to come back for more to see what other adventures Brendon would bring.

Our first official date involved dinner at the Liberty Station Public Market where we shared a lobster roll and Brendon spoke about how it would never compare to Maryland crabs. At the time, I didn’t know that sharing a sandwich was a big deal. I have subsequently learned that Brendon doesn’t easily share meals with anyone! During our date, we learned that we shared a mutual love of our families, God, guns, country music, and all things food.

And the rest is history! It has been quite an adventure to this point and we look forward to what life brings us in the future!
