We have a blocks of rooms set aside at the Wingate Hotel in Gillette from December 29th-31st. You can reserve as many rooms as you need at the discounted price of $79 per night until December 9th, after which the rooms go back to full price. So be sure to make reservations by Dec. 9th to lock in your rate! Additionally, there are plenty of other nice hotels or airbnbs around Gillette if that's more your speed :)

There will be gluten- and dairy-free cake available for those who need it, as well as gluten, dairy, and pork-free meal options. If you need special food options, reach out to me (Audrey) at 307-680-9220.

Kids are perfectly welcome! However, if you are planning on bringing some or all of your progeny, please be sure to RSVP each one individually so we know how much food we need. Additionally, there will be no childcare provided. Whether or not to bring the kids is completely at your discretion! Either way, we'll be happy to see everyone :)
